Thank you for shopping with KAT Kollection Nails! Each set of press-on nails is handmade with care, so please review our shipping policy before placing your order.
- Processing Time
All press-on nail sets are made to order. Please allow 7–14 business days for processing before your order is shipped. Processing time does not include shipping time.
During peak seasons, holidays, or sales, processing times may be closer to the longer end of this range. We appreciate your patience as we create your custom set.
- Shipping Time
Once your order has shipped, delivery times will vary based on the shipping method selected at checkout and your location. Estimated delivery times provided by the carrier are not guaranteed.
- Shipping Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.
- Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. KAT Kollection Nails is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
- Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages
Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, KAT Kollection Nails is not responsible for delays, lost, or stolen packages. If an issue occurs, please contact the carrier directly using your tracking number.
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can assist you.
- Returns & Refunds
Due to the handmade and hygienic nature of press-on nails, all sales are final. No returns or exchanges are accepted.
